New York: Day 1

My first day in NYC was great. I got in some exercise on my big walk around Manhattan, took some great photos, and ate some amazing food.

My 4 mile walk around Manhattan

Here’s the run down of my LONG day in food:

2am – Wake-Up

6am:
2 Hard Boiled Eggs (140)
Apple (100)
Water & Peppermint Tea (0)

10am:
Peanut Butter Protein Ball (210)

11:45am:
Starbucks Sausage & Cheddar (400)
*took off the top part of the english muffin

3pm:
PAX Wholesome Food Turkey Burrito (400?)
*Lean turkey, rice, onions, peppers

8pm:
Turkey Burger w/ lettuce, tomato, onion (400?)
*No bun

Daily Total: 1650
Estimated Calorie Burn Walking: 500+
